British Columbia Agriculture Council
BCAC FARM ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH SUPPORT SHARING PROGRAM - This is to advise that the BCAC Board of Directors has agreed to extend the Farm Organization Development and Growth Support Program. This is due to the fact that the original amount of committed funding under the program was not fully utilized.

Salmon: Spirit of the Land and Sea

Society Promoting Environmental Conservation (SPEC)
B.C.'s oldest environmental interest group. Operates an Environmental Resource Centre, lists local environmental events, and initiates various campaigns for better air, water, and land. SPEC maintains the Vancouver Environmental Information Centre which features displays on a range of environmental issues as well as educational materials on issues such as waste reduction, recycling, sustainable transportation, organic gardening and water conservation. The VEIC also posts information about upcoming community events and displays brochures and reports from environmental organizations across British Columbia and Canada.
